If you answer yes to any of these questions, Skillful Means methods can provide a structure for the workplace to become a training ground to improve your life, the lives of others and the performance of the overall company, creating a truly first class organization.

This 5 month program will offer owners and managers in non-competing companies, an opportunity to refine their own inner resources and qualities, increasing strength and confidence to support the improved performance of the organization overall.

We will meet monthly to explore topics that support both individual and organizational well-being.  The structure will provide for peer to peer learning in a supportive environment.  Specific suggested exercises will be provided between sessions to support individuals implementing Skillful Means in their work that will result in an improved project or process, helping to dissolve obstacles and find new opportunities for positive results.
