Consulting

Coaching
Helping high-level executive's to see that existing patterns may be creating unnecessary obstacles. Our primary method, "Questioning Mind" awakens inherent knowledge that leads to success. Self-defeating patterns change and spontaneity replaces reactivity. With this new freedom previously hidden possibilies open and aspirations can be realized without fear of failure. All areas of an executive's life will be revitalized with a new sense of confidence. Work can include a sense of play and lightness with each day becoming a new adventure.
Training Programs
The program theory is easily applied and combined with experiential activities that allow integrated learning that can be immediately expressed in work.We present case studies for individual and group reflection.
Individuals are invited to develop a Personal or Team Master Project around a specific problem or topic at their workplace.
